The period for any return or exchange by ALTUS is 14 calendar days as of receipt of your order. If you are in time and want to return part or all of your order, you can arrange this online using our contact form. When we request collection, it is very important for the dismantled product to be placed back in its original packaging and with all its protection in place for the return.
If you want to exchange a product of any kind, you must return it and place a new order containing the item or items you require.
Our website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, any of these Products on our website may not be correctly priced as a result of a typo. We usually check the prices as part of the order processing procedure.
If a Product has a price higher than that indicated on our website, in our own discretion, we will proceed as follows:
- We will contact you to inform you before dispatching the Product or,
- We will reject your order and notify you that we have rejected it.
Lastly, inform you that we have no obligation to provide the Product at the wrong (lower) price, even after you have sent the Confirmation of Order, if the price error is obvious and you yourself may have noticed that it was incorrect.
