All costs for returns are paid for by ALTUS for deliveries to Spain. Provided the product is damaged or faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item or exchange the size or product. In the case of voluntary returns, all administration fees will be payable by the customer and will be deducted when the returned product is refunded.
In the case of voluntary returns, you will be refunded the amount of the products you return, although no delivery costs will be refunded.
Once we have received the product in our warehouse and have checked that everything is OK, we will make the refund within 3 working days. This time may vary depending on whether there are bank holidays in between or on the conditions of your bank. The refund will be made to the same method of payment used to make the purchase.
