To download the invoice for your order, first log in and then, in your personal account, enter “My Invoices”. From here you can see your order history and download your invoice in pdf format.
We are sorry, but at the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands. Hopefully in the future we can give this possibility to our online buyers.
It generally takes between 2 and 3 days, depending on the time you place your order.
If you’re a store or a distributor, you will receive an e-mail with more detailed information on the delivery date once payment of your order has been verified. When the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another e-mail from the transport agency indicating the delivery date. Deliveries will be on working days from Monday to Friday.
